After transferring crypto coins to the specified crypto addresses, up to 10 confirmations are required in the Blockchain network. After this, your crypto-coin balance will be automatically replenished.

MINING BALANCE is a balance of cloud crypto coin mining. This balance receives funds from cloud mining and from your deposits into the EOBot.net.
This balance can be used to buy additional cloud mining capacity. Funds from this balance can be transferred to the balance of the main wallet.
When transferring funds from this balance to the balance of the main wallet, a commission is deducted in the amount of 20%.
Important: the commission for transferring funds is taken from the Commission (Fee) Balance!

MAIN WALLET BALANCE is your internal main crypto coin wallet that is linked to your account. It stores all your crypto assets in EOBot.net.

Important: before you start using EOBot.net services, in the Wallet Settings section you need save a 12 word secret phrase to restore your main wallet.
This phrase will allow you to access your crypto assets using third-party applications (such as Exodus wallet, Trust wallet, Atomic wallet).
This secret phrase is saved once and for all. It will not be possible to change it further. Keep the passphrase in a secret place and do not show it to unauthorised persons. In case of its loss, the secret phrase cannot be restored by EOBot.net support, as it is stored on the servers in encrypted form.

You can use your 12-word (39BIP formate) secret phrase to link it to your main wallet. To do this, enter your secret phrase in the phrase input field and save it in the Wallet Settings section.

Crypto assets from the Main Wallet Balance can be transferred to any crypto addresses using the Withdrawal section.

Fee and Commission Balance is an account to pay fees for transferring crypto assets from the Mining Balance to the Main Wallet Balance and for withdrawing funds from the Main Wallet Balance.
In case of insufficient funds on Fee and Commission Balance transfer and withdrawal of crypto assets is not possible!
You can top up Fee and Commission Balance in the Deposit section.
No top-up fee is charged!
When you top up your Fee and Commission Balance, your Mining Balance is topped up at the same time by the same amount.

In the Transfer section, you can transfer crypto assets from the Mining Balance to the Main Wallet Balance.
